One Month Old!

Quinn is one month old today!!! 

We've been super busy during her first month of life. We're really enjoying being parents, and my heart could just explode with love for this little person! 

We've learned a lot about Quinn this first month, like...

She loves bath time!! She never cries until we dry her off!

She loves her doggy! Chevy is amazing with her, it's like he knows he has to be gentle when she is around. 

She loves her carseat! Whenever we have taken her out (out to dinner, out shopping) she sleeps the ENTIRE time. Just today, we went to the mall, met daddy for lunch, then went to Target and she didn't open her eyes until we arrived home. 

She is a good sleeper! She usually takes a long nap during the day and will still sleep 3-5 hour stretches at night. Sometimes it's hard to get her to fall back asleep after a nighttime snack, but we're working on it!

She loves the apple orchard! We went to a local orchard the other day when her cousins were in town! She basically slept in the baby carrier the entire time. 

She loves to dress in girlie dresses! 

Unfortunately, this dress was for a funeral. Ricky's Grandpa passed away last Monday and the funeral was on Friday. Words cannot describe what a wonderful man he was and what a great influence he was in Ricky's life. Even though he is now in heaven, we love and miss him greatly. 

I cannot believe my baby girl is a month old already. Time really does fly by when you have a kid! I just want to freeze her while she still looks like a little newborn!
